Nat Bradley - Multimedia Artist
Nat Bradley is a multifaceted multimedia artist, encompassing roles as a video artist, musician, global sound designer, and visual and fine artist. Based in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. area, Nat's work spans various creative disciplines.
Nat creates experimental video art and has produced the short films "SubConController,” “Something So Unnatural,” and “Remote Viewing Sessions.” Currently, Nat is working on the film “An Index Of Secrets,” which is being released as a series of scenes weekly on Instagram and YouTube. Upon completion, these episodes will be compiled into a full-length film.
In the realm of visual art, Nat's abstract modernist paintings offer a unique perspective that merges the creation of art with existential expression. Drawing inspiration from classic modern abstract expressionism and influenced by gritty urban environments and contemporary themes, his paintings explore organic shapes, highly textured surfaces, and depth through layers of color and mediums. These works feature striking contrasts that engage viewers and provide a fresh, contemporary take on the Mid-century modern aesthetic. Many paintings are also presented as “Soundtrack Paintings” with custom sound design audio tracks.
