Shipping / FAQs

All paintings are professionally packed and will arrive wired and ready to hang. All artwork is signed by the artist on the back.

 

Shipping

All original paintings, within the continental USA, are shipped FedEx Ground signature required.  A flat rate is charged per size that includes shipping, handling, and insurance.  Shipping costs are listed on each product page.

Shipping Time

Please allow 2-3 days for processing your order plus 5-10 business days for ground shipping.  After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation.  A tracking number will be emailed when the item has shipped and is on the way.

International Shipping

If you live outside the continental US please email indicating which painting you are interested in purchasing and include your complete shipping address.  I will respond back with shipping costs and payment options.  Please understand that due to size restrictions we are unable to ship to some locations.

Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs fees.  These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed separately by the delivery company in order for the customer to take possession of the package.  No returns on overseas orders. 

Do You Offer Studio Visits or Local Pickup? 

Due to the COVID-19 virus, in person studio visits and pickups are not currently being offered.  I am located in the Baltimore, Annapolis, DC area and can arrange to meet in an open public space to save on shipping cost.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be fully satisfied and happy with your new painting so I offer a 7 day approval period.  If you would like to exchange or return, please contact via email within 7 days.  Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the initial cost of shipping and credit card processing fees.

Items damaged in shipping

All paintings are professionally packed.  In the very rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged, please email pictures of the artwork, damaged areas, and packaging so that I may assist with an insurance claim.
